Track Projects Ltd is an independent private sector rail consultancy company offering a combination of experience and expertise in all aspects and types of on-track plant, rolling stock and specialist machinery used in rail infrastructure maintenance and renewal.

We have experience for successful delivery of a portfolio of projects with the past seven years spent largely on High-Speed 1.   Particular experience with on-track plant projects and track maintenance initiatives spanning over two decades.  Focus on HS1 was drafting and implementation of the strategy for mechanised track maintenance, including procurement of vehicles, specialist plant and depot facilities.

High-Speed 1 projects include:-

• Development of strategy for maintenance of CTRL using modular Work Trains
• Preparation of VSSCs for work trains, wagons etc and PASC for work modules
• Management of work module testing and wagon stability testing.
• Project Management of the procurement of bespoke plant for maintenance of section 2 of the CTRL.
• Project Management of 'Product Acceptance' for mobile flashbutt welding machines, Vacuum wagons, MEWPs, jet-Fan handler, dewirement plant etc .
